Sealed Bids for Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements, Phase 2 will be received by the Town of Gloster
herein called the “Owner”, at the Gloster Town Hall located at 251 S 1st Street, Gloster, MS, 39638
until 1:00 p.m., (Local Time) on November 26, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com.

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated funds from the Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund (WPCRLF), which is Mississippi’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF).  Neither the State of Mississippi, The Commission of Environmental Quality, nor any of their employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting or related contracts.  This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated.

This contract is funded in whole or in part by funds from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, 2021; therefore, this project must comply with the Build America, Buy America requirements, pursuant to Division G, Title IX of said Act.
