2024-36 Renovations to Historic Oxford City Hall #18280

The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following: Renovations to Historic Oxford City Hall

The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from qualified general contractors to provide all labor, materials, and services necessary for renovations to Historic Oxford City Hall, located at 107 Courthouse Square in Oxford, Mississippi. The technical specifications are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com.  Bidders are encouraged to download and review documents prior to submission.  The bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission.  All bids are due at or before 10:00 am, June 26, 2025.  Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond not less than 5% of the total bid.

Submit sealed (contractor must have Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility clearly labeled on outside of submission), hard copies via hand-delivery or mail to:
