The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed proposals for the following:

City of Oxford Walk of Lights Holiday Light Show Expansion 1

Last year, the City of Oxford introduced the Walk of Lights at mTrade Park located at 328 Highway 314, Oxford, Mississippi. This year the City of Oxford is seeking to expand the holiday light show. Interested holiday light manufacturers/installers must submit a Proposal based on drawings and specification which are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. Proposers are encouraged to download and review the scope of work and be familiar with the project site prior to submission.

All RFPs are due on or before Thursday, July 11th at 10:00 am. The RFPs may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronically. Submit RFP hard copies via hand-delivery or mail to:

The project will be awarded based on the best-qualified proposal and is subject to the approval by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. The Board of Alderman reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities.
