Sealed Bids will be received by City of Corinth Mayor and Board of Alderman for the Corinth City Hall HVAC Renovations located at 300 Childs Street, Corinth, MS 38834 until 10:00 AM local time, 19th day, August 2025. Bids should be addressed and either mailed or delivered to:

B. Electronic Bids will be received until 10:00 AM local time, 19th day August 2025, via electronic online bid submission through www.aercplanroom.com.

C. PROCUREMENT OF PLANS SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS shall be obtained as follows:

1. Paper copies may be purchased online from www.aercplanroom.com. Paper copies of Contract Bid Documents, including Plans and Specifications, are issued to potential Bidders from:

a. Plan House Printing and Graphics
b. 607 West Main Street
c. Tupelo, MS 38804.

2. Registering for a free account at www.aercplanroom.com will enable bidders to view and/or order and purchase Contract Bid Documents.

D. Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom Contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the Architect, and whose name appears on the official list of Plan holders maintained by the Architect on behalf of Tishomingo County Board of Supervisors.

E. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid.

F. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Section 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders and Section 00 3100 - Available Project Information.

G. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate, and as allowed by the State of Mississippi Public Bid Laws.

Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after submission.

I. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible and best qualified bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, the right to reject one or all bids and the option to postpone action and final decision for a period of up to sixty (60) calendar days.

J. All bids submitted in excess of $50,000 by a prime or subcontractor to do any erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance or related work must comply with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985 by securing a Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Contractors. The Prime Bidder's Certificate Number must be placed on the outside of the sealed envelope or the bid will not be opened. Subcontractors requiring a Certificate of Responsibility must be listed, including their Certificate of Responsibility Number, on the Sub-Contractor List with the Bid.
