NOTICE is hereby given that the City Clerk of the Town of Richton, MISSISSIPPI, will receive sealed bids until 10:00 AM on August 28, 2025 in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 206 Dogwood Avenue East, and then at said location opened and read aloud for furnishing the City's requirements for the following:

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated funds from the Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund (WPCRLF) loan program from the State of Mississippi. Neither the State of Mississippi, the Commission on Environmental Quality nor any of their employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting or related contracts. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The lowest and best proposal received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated and Amended, and other applicable State law; but the Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to waive informalities.
