NOTICE TO CONTACTORS: ACCESS ROAD PAVING, TIPPAH COUNTY WALNUT INDUSTRIAL PARK, TIPPAH COUNTY, MS. The Board of Supervisors of Tippah County, MS will receive bids for the construction of approximately 1,076 feet of hot mix and striping on the Walnut Industrial Park Access Road. Sealed bids or electronic bids will be received until 10:00 AM on Thursday, the 28th day of August, 2025 and shortly thereafter publicly opened. Sealed bids will be received at the Tippah County Board of Supervisors, 101 East Spring Street, Ripley, MS or electronic bids will be received via electronic online bid submission through www.cceplanroom.com. Plans, specifications & contract documents are on file in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Tippah County, Mississippi. Plans, specifications & contract documents may be viewed and/or secured from Josh Gunn, Project Engineer of Cook Coggin Engineers, Inc., at www.cceplanroom.com. Registering for a free account at www.cceplanroom.com will enable bidders to view and/or order Contract Documents online and/or complete the electronic bidding process. Questions regarding registration, online orders and/or electronic bidding shall be directed to Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder on the basis of qualified quantities. The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration of the award. Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder whose name appears on the official list of Plan holders maintained by the Project Engineer. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid and such proposal will not be considered in making the award.
