Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner located at 300 N Lamar Blvd, Oxford, MS in the Board Room before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 4th day of September 2025, for: B. Project: Max Hipp Industrial Park Entrance Gateways C. Architect/Engineer's Project Number: 23143. D. Project Description The construction of two monument signs and landscape on the west side of the Max Hipp Industrial Park within the right-of-way of the recently constructed West Oxford Loop Road. Also included is the construction of a monument sign and landscape in the roundabout of West Oxford Loop Road. Also included is the grading of a berm and landscape screen along the west side of the existing Good Day Farms in the Max Hipp Industrial Park. E. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 300 N Lamar Blvd, Oxford, MS, in the Board Room, at 2:00 pm local time on August 28th, 2025. F. Electronic files may be downloaded free of charge from the A2H Plan Room at www.a2hplanroom.com. Hard copy sets of plans and specifications will also be available on the plan room at the contractor's expense. G. Documents may be obtained only by general contract and subcontract Bidders. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. I. All bids submitted in excess of $50,000.00 by a Prime or Subcontractor to do any erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance, or related work must comply with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985, by securing a Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Contractors.
